We created this class with full intensity in mind, from the heart thumping playlists carefully curated by our incredible trainers to the intense red lighting that will allow you to lose your inhibitions and pour your entire energy into the class. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, offering modifications and adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced trainers.
Get ready to sweat as you dive into our meticulously programmed interval training sessions. You’ll engage in dynamic cardio exercises using machines such as the ski erg, curved treadmills, & assault bikes, designed to elevate your heart rate, boost calorie burn, and improve your cardiovascular fitness. These exhilarating bursts of cardio will not only torch calories but also enhance your endurance and stamina. In between cardio intervals, we’ll focus on strength-based movements that target different muscle groups.
Each day of the week focuses on a different area. Monday & Thursday we focus on upper body. Tuesday & Friday on lower body. Then our Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday classes focus on a full body beasting!

Been going for a few month’s now, equipment is up to date. Staff are really friendly from the time you enter you always get a hello and how you been and even when leaving they are always hands on saying goodbye or ask how your work out was, to me this adds to the experience. It’s very busy in the evening but everyone who works out there are friendly and won’t hog the machines. Prices seems fair to me. 28.99 a month for 12 month’s is pretty competitive considering everything they have inside.
Love this gym. Always get a friendly greeting on each visit. What I really love, is its a gym where if you want to socialise, pair up with someone, you can. Or if you’re like me, and just want to crack on, you’re left alone. All staff are superb, friendly, and most importantly, respectful. They’ll always take time to show you how stuff works, or to help you get through some reps. The members vary from people that are super fit, to those like me that go to keep the extra pounds showing. It’s just a great gym.
My favourite gym in the north! Always a friendly welcome, fully stocked with the best Hammer Strength equipment and power lifting racks and the place is immaculately tidy always. Highly recommended.
