We’ll break down each exercise into its fundamental components, addressing key aspects such as grip, stance, posture, and breathing techniques. Our coaches will demonstrate proper execution and guide you through progressive variations, ensuring you develop a solid foundation and build confidence in your abilities.

Through regular practice and repetition, you’ll witness remarkable improvements in your lifting technique, leading to enhanced strength, increased muscle activation, and reduced risk of injury. Whether your goal is to gain muscle mass, improve athletic performance, or generally improve your lifting technique, this class will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the Gym!

As the eight-week block comes to a close, the class culminates to a highly anticipated final testing week. This is where you’ll have the chance to showcase the progress you’ve made throughout the program by determining your one-rep maxes for each lift. This week will serve as a finale of each 8 week block, highlighting the improvements in your strength, technique, and provides the targets for the next block.

Yes! You can join these classes at any point of the cycle, the experienced instructor will guide you through the movements in each class so you won’t be at a disadvantage if you haven’t done the full cycle.
