This class caters to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We believe that mobility is a vital component of a well-rounded fitness routine and essential for maintaining joint health, preventing injuries, and optimising athletic performance!

The “Mobilise” functional mobility class focuses on enhancing movement patterns, flexibility, and strength through dynamic exercises targeting specific muscle groups and joint mobility. It often incorporates elements of physical therapy and functional movements tailored to improve daily activities, proprioception, build strength and prevent injuries.

In contrast, a yoga class emphasises static postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve flexibility, balance, and mental well-being. While yoga also promotes mobility and strength, its primary focus is on achieving harmony between the mind and body.
