Grace Burns

Personal Trainer

Meet Grace, she’s here to get you strong and confident in the gym!

Her fitness journey began in London, where she was working after getting her degree in English Literature & Language from Kings College. She turned to group fitness classes such as Barry’s Bootcamp, F45 and Fierce Grace Yoga by way of de-stressing after a long day. And was hooked!

She travelled to India in 2018 to train as a yoga teacher and soon after qualified as a Personal Trainer. Grace loves combining the mindfulness of yoga with the practicality and consistency of strength training. She believes that strength training is for everyone, especially women, and she has gained her pre and post natal qualification to ensure she can help women stay strong and mobile through pregnancy.

Grace truly believes that strength is a state of mind and feeling your best in the gym can empower you to feel your best in your everyday life.
