Want to improve your range of motion?

Our expert instructor will guide you through a series of dynamic and static stretches tailored to target key muscle groups, ensuring you leave feeling rejuvenated and reinvigorated.

This will be one of our easiest classes in terms of intensity. This session is purely aimed at helping with recovery & as such, only a baseline level of fitness is required.

While both STRETCH & MOBILISE look to aid with flexibility, MOBILISE aims to help improve your strength in certain neglected areas as well. Our STRETCH class focuses much more on the nitty gritty of static & dynamic stretching.

No, we provide all the mats & any equipment needed for the session. However, you’re more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish!
